Travel Advisory

We are closely monitoring the Department of Health (DOH) and Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) statements on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members are of utmost importance.

Further to the ongoing developments of the COVID-19 crisis, Savoy Hotel Manila/ Belmont Hotel Manila have implemented updated cancellation policies to provide our guests with increased flexibility during these challenging times:

For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival, *as long as the change or cancellation is made on or by October 31, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, between now and October 31, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. *Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Conditions and dates may depend on local regulations

Note: For Guests requesting a refund of any kind (i.e. cash or credit voucher), please kindly note that this may take up to 90 days from the date of cancellation for the refund to be processed.

Please note that these policies do not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and kindly contact the group organizer for more information.

THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS:

For guests who booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties, please contact your booking provider directly for assistance.

GROUP BOOKINGS:

For all group bookings including for meetings and events, our Sales teams are working closely with hotels to provide the maximum flexibility possible, in assessing case by case the need to cancel or postpone events.

Additionally, our Hotels are implementing “new normal” processes to protect the safety of our guests and team members. This may result in a reduction in certain services and amenities that are normally available at our hotels.
