your dependent, spouse, children, parents, friend or colleague, you attest that an agreement has been obtained from them for the use of our products and services as described in this Privacy Policy. • Employment history, educational background, income information, and references when you apply for a job
• Ownership, registration, permit, and certificates when you apply for vendor accreditation
